I decided I’d do a taste test between Lemon Butter Cookie and Lemon Soufflé. I tasted both plain as well as with sugar and then with sugar and a splash of milk. I usually drink tea without adding anything and prefer the Lemon Soufflé as it comes. I like the Lemon Butter Cookie plain if I’m eating any sweets with it. If not, a touch of sugar was nice. Both are good but Lemon Soufflé is my favorite. Now I need to compare Dumbledore’s Lemon Drop with them. — Julie L.
